The story of BESTWEAR Ltd begins with the vision, perseverance, and shared ambitions of three individuals whose paths converged to create a thriving enterprise.

 

The Beginning: A Legacy of Opportunity

 

The brothers behind BESTWEAR Ltd were no strangers to hard work and innovation. Years ago, the oldest of the three owners laid the foundation for what would later become BESTWEAR Ltd. As a freelancer, he began approaching businesses and restaurants, identifying a need for high-quality uniforms. With a keen entrepreneurial spirit, he partnered with Faxtip Ltd, brokering deals and earning commissions for connecting customers with the supplier.

 

His approach was simple but effective: he would personally visit businesses, understand their uniform needs, and provide tailored solutions through Faxtip Ltd. This venture proved that there was potential to build a profitable business in this space. However, despite his success, the older brother decided not to continue with his freelancing venture, leaving it as a chapter in his life.

 

A New Beginning: Inspiration Takes Root

 

Years later, the younger brother found himself at a crossroads. Having worked in the finance industry for years with loan brokers, mortgage brokers, and insurance companies, his professional journey came to an unexpected halt during the COVID-19 pandemic. After being furloughed and ultimately let go, he was offered a chance to work in a takeaway owned by a friend of his older brother.

 

This friend, knowing the older brother's past endeavours, asked if the younger brother could help source uniforms for the takeaway. Remembering his brother’s freelance success, the younger sibling approached Faxtip Ltd, only to discover it had rebranded as Unilogo Ltd.

 

After brokering a deal and earning a commission equivalent to a full day’s wage at the takeaway, the younger brother experienced a pivotal moment. This was the turning point: the realisation that he could rebuild what his brother had started and potentially take it further.

 

Building the Foundation

 

Driven by necessity and a desire to honour his older brother’s initial efforts, the younger sibling became a freelance sales director for Unilogo Ltd. He embraced the role of ambassador, building relationships and driving sales across the North West and beyond, even reaching London and other UK regions.

 

With every deal he brokered, the younger brother refined his craft, growing his customer base, and establishing a robust network in the industry. Over the next 2–3 years, he built a solid operation with defined sectors, including:

 

Sales: Understanding customer needs and providing tailored solutions.

 

Marketing: Targeting the right audiences through strategic campaigns.

 

Invoices & Payments: Ensuring transparency and efficiency in order processing.

 

Production: Guaranteeing quality and timely delivery.

 

Distribution: Offering flexible options like delivery, postage, or collection.

 

Customer Care: Ensuring satisfaction and a seamless experience.

 

Completion: Organising every step to deliver excellence.

 

 

The Birth of BESTWEAR Ltd

 

With his freelancing business firmly established, the younger brother was approached by a long-term friend, a pharmacist, who believed in the vision and wanted to join the journey. Together, they decided to take the venture to the next level, creating a formal company. It was this friend who proposed the name BESTWEAR.

 

The younger brother, now CEO and majority shareholder, brought in his older brother as Managing Director, completing the circle and ensuring the legacy lived on. Alongside their friend, now the Company Director, the trio combined their skills, passion, and vision to build BESTWEAR Ltd into the powerhouse it is today.
